Chaat masala is easily available in the market. But you also know, the chaat masala that you buy from outside does not have any purity.Today we will make chaat masala at home. You will be able to make chaat masala very easily and within less time. You can store it for about 1 to 2 months.
Chat masala is a spice blend commonly used in a variety of snacks throughout India. It adds spiciness and enhances the flavor of dishes, particularly chaat and fast food. The ingredients in this spice not only improve the taste but also aid in digestion.

PREPARATION METHOD
- Take a frying pan
- Put cumin,coriander seeds,fennel seeds,black pepper,cloves,ajwain
- Dry roast for 1 minute
- Keep it in a plate ,cool for 5 minutes
- Now add this spices in a grinder jar
- Add ginger powder,dry mango powder, blacksalt and asafoetida
- Grind everything into a fine powder
- Ready to use chaat masala
- You can store this masala in a airtight container for later uses
