Egg bhurji curry recipe | Egg bhurji gravy

Egg Bhurji Curry
PREP_METHOD
- To begin with, put a spoon of oil in a pan and heat it
- When the oil is hot, reduce the flame to low and break 5 to 6 eggs into it.
- Now add coriander leaves, onion, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix it well.
- While making egg bhurji, keep the gas flame on medium
- Mix everything well and make egg bhurji, this egg bhurji will be ready within 1 to 2 minutes.
- Now keep this egg bhurji in a separate plate.
- Put two spoons of oil in the same pan, add half a spoon of cumin seeds and a finely chopped onion and fry till golden brown
- After frying the onion well, add a spoonful of ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Now add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- After the tomato puree is cooked well, add a cup of water to it and let it boil on high flame.
- When it comes to a boil, add the prepared egg bhurji, garam masala , coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Cover the lid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes
- Egg Bhurji is ready to serve
- Serve hot with roti, chapati, naan, paratha.

- For bhurji
- 5 Eggs
- ½ teasp Turmeric Powder
- ½ teasp Red chilli powder
- ½ teasp Salt
- Few chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 teasp Oil
- For Gravy
- 1 Cup tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teasp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 teasp Salt
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/2 teasp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Water

- Note: - You can prepare instead of making bhurji directly in pan alternatively .....first mix onion, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and coriander leaves and eggs in a bowl, then put it in a pan and make bhurji.
