Bread cutlet recipe is very tasty and yummy snacks recipe . You can eat this recipe by making it in the evening snack. This recipe is one of the favorite recipe of kids. In this I have used boiled potatoes and bread and it is made by adding cheese from inside. I have shallow fried and used non stick pan for frying it. This recipe is also very easy to make. So let's start how to make it
Prep-Method
- First boil the potatoes and peel the skin.
 - Mix the boiled potatoes well in a mixing bowl.
 - Break the bread into it and put it with potatoes.
 - Now add chopped onions, coriander leaves, grated ginger, red chili powder, chili flakes, salt ,garam masala and mix it well .
 - Now divide it into 8 to 10 parts and make a ball by pressing it with hands.
 - Now after making all these balls like a bowl, put the chopped cheese in it and close it.
 - Now flatten the cutlets with the help of both palms
 - Heat oil in a pan and after it becomes hot, put these cutlets and roast them till they turn golden from both the sides.
 - Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
